Realtek Usb 2.0 Card Reader Windows 10 Driver

Hello I have an update issue. Windows 10 continues to download So I am thinking it found a driver and try to install a driver for the USB2.0-CRW in my Lenovo Z570. The installation fails and gives me 'Error 0x80070103' In Device Manager I did a USB2.0-CRW driver search and got: Windows could not find driver software for your device, Although per the above comment Windows apparently found something to download. I then went to USB2.0-CRW The General Tab says manufacturer unknown The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) There are no compatible drivers for this device Then on the Driver Details tab when I click the Driver Tab it says No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device Windows Update thinks my device is a Realtek as here is the error message. Realtek Semiconduct Corp. Other hardware - Realtek USB 2.0 Card Reader - Error 0x80070103.

The Realtek website doesn't come up with any data for a USB2.0-CRW that I can find. Any Ideas anyone?
